Here are some more pictures of our trip to the
Aquarium, like
I promised.
Daddy and little bed head watching the Beluga Whales.
Me and bed head watching the whales. Try having the song "Baby Beluga" going through your head for a couple of weeks. It's awesome!
Makes me realize that my cellulite isn't really all that bad!
The dolphins during their "show". We were watching them from below, where it was dry! Maybe not as interesting, but a whole lot less soggy!
Star fish.
Coolest critter in the joint. Some sort of blue eel thing.
She's got her head up and in a bubble thing in the middle of an aquarium, cool eh?
That's one Mutha Freakin' huge snake! (An anaconda)
The sharks and the sea turtle were room mates. The turtle was so funny, totally hamming it up for the camera!
Some sea horses. Sea horses are freakin' awesome! The male seahorse fertilizes the eggs, then the female hands them over to the male to carry in a tummy pouch until they hatch. I wish I was a sea horse!!
She had such a good time watching all the fish!
All in all, it was a great trip, and I'd recommend it to anyone. Sorry
Andrea for not getting in touch with you to have you join us.. it just ended up being a large family outing with two of Armondo's sisters coming with us!

These are really great pictures. My kids loves a trip to the Aquarium. I think they'd go there everyday if they could.
Come by my blog. I found yours on a blogroll from blogging chicks.
I slept in the whale viewing area once. It was like the science world sleepover but at the aquarium instead.
I don't think that cool bubble-thing was there the last time I went which was...well, too many years ago...
Looks like you and the kidlet had fun!
The one of 'cherry' in a bubble is the singular most bestest man. That seriously needs framing and "going to the pool room" (an Aussie frase, google it and it will make sense!)
...and, if that's bed hair my lady, I hate to think what the rest of us wake up with!!
That looks like a great trip. The star fish looks like it has disco fever. Cherry looks enthralled!
Shoshana~Thanks for visit! Do you live in BC? Or did you just mean the aquarium in your area?
Sarah~Well, I have to say that sleeping at the aquarium would be a lot more fun, and a lot less scary than sleeping at Science World these days with that new body worlds exibit!
Tricia~The bubble thing is in the kiddy section downstairs. You might not have gone there.
Evan~I haven't googled it. I'm guessing it's the loo, 'cause that's where you go to "drop the kids off at the pool"! And, yes, it was VERY bad bed head! We were laughing about it all day! We tried a few times to brush it out and wet it down, but it didn't work!
Mr.Fab~Thanks
Julie~Armondo said the same thing about the starfish! And yes, Cherry had an AWESOME time. She sort of glazed over a few times watching the fish!
Great pictures. I like the Blue Eel Thingy:o) Cherry in the bubble is definitely a frame and save picture. Looks like a lot of fun. We don't have an aquarium in central Florida. I probably would have to travel to Miami to see a lot of that stuff. Actually sea World probably has some of them.
No prob. I'm deep in the doo-doo of a million fall school things and can hardly find the time to blow my own nose anyway. Great photos! Love the starfish.
