Grateful?

I really love it when Armondo helps out and does dishes and other cleaning duties around the house. But sometimes, when he leaves the sink like this:

I wonder... is it bad for me to be a little pissed off?

(No, I didn't bitch about it. I threw one offhand "eww, the sink is disgusting" out there, but he didn't do anything about it. I know the truth is he saved me about 30 minutes of work by doing the dishes and it will only take me a couple of minutes to clean the sink, but still... YUCK!)

Nope, not bad to be pissed. Grateful for the washing of the dishes, pissed at the mess!

I would be grateful he washed the dishes and probably said something like "The dishes aren't done until the sink is cleaned out."

I agree with kim. I am all about the snarky comments. I guess that gets me in trouble sometimes too though!

That's it, that will be the last time I do the dishes EVER!

You know how in North America we have a little basket to catch that crap? (Assuming the crap flows in that direction in the first place.) In Japan they don't have those little baskets. They have BIG baskets that are about 4 inches deep, reaching down the drain. Imagine the rotting crap I find in there after a month of not bothering to clean it out. Rotting seafood is SO awesome!

Avalon~that's what I thought.

Kim~yeah, that's what I WANTED to say.

Shandelle~how often does YOUR guy do the dishes?

Armondo~Oooh, but I tricked you tonight, didn't I?

Sarah~That sounds absolutly disgusting!

lately he does them alot since I went back to work and my choir is gone crazy with Christmas concerts. He is really good with the dishes and doesn't leave any junk. But I make snarky comments aboutpee on the toilet and toilet paper on the roll or clothes left around. I should be the one who gets blomed for not doing dishes
